US Dollar is the first mover of fiat currencies just like BTC for other cryptos. The reasons why a dip of value in dollars damages Bitcoin gravely. Although, if dollar diminishes, I think GBP will take the lead in evaluating BTC.

it is true that the dollar is widely used in gambling, but I think bitcoin will be the main currency in the world for the future.

I assume there will be a time when BTC will make its position more strong that it might also beat the fiat market. Then we will have a large market which undoubtedly accepts BTC without any help of fiat conversion, that makes us fearless about The US $ or other currencies of present leading. On the other hand, President Trump has come up with a firm financial policy to make them leading in currency value. That assures us a bit more.

As I understand the us dollar runs the whole world economy. The value of this currency is stable. Here bitcoin is an alternative option. People start trusting it. So I believe in future bitcoin will be the most important source of transaction. Keep faith on it

Bitcoin is on it’s own way to make a sustainable marketplace. But I think for better solution you can get help from a analysis expert.

there is nothing special about being the first mover, many people run heuristics in their personal situation that resulte in not starting such a projects because they considered certain risks.

I think US Dollar work like a indicator for other fiat currencies just like BTC does for other cryptos. That's why having a dip of value in dollars damages Bitcoin too. But, if value of dollar crashes completely I think Euro or GBP will take the driver seat in terms of evaluating BTC.

I don't think the dollar will collapse in a short time. At least in Trump's regime, the US dollar is becoming stronger. Perhaps after the maturity of bitcoin development, it may become a plan to replace the US dollar.

I think there is a very little chance of US dollar losing its value. It has been regulated and monitored the best way possible by US government for a long time. Recently, Trump government has made some amendments in their economic policy which has strengthen Dollar's position in world economy. As a result making it impossible to crash in market.

A a huge number of fiat currencies of the world depend on dollar, though it is very unlikely for it to collapse but even if it does, other currencies will get affected too. In that case resources like gold, oil, gas may replace them. But, in my wildest of fantasies I want governments to accept Bitcoins in such situation as a alternative currency. This is just my opinion though.

All fiat currencies eventually fail, so it is fact that the Dollar will also meet the same fate. So, we need to look at other countries where their fiat currency failed, to get a answer to your question. One of these countries is Zimbabwe in Africa.

When their economy collapsed and subsequently their fiat currency too, they turned to stronger currencies for more stability. The people started to use the US Dollar and the South African Rand <ZAR> to stabilize the commerce in their country.

So when the US Dollar collapse, <note, I am not saying IF> people will turn to more stable currencies, like :

•Euro.
•Pound sterling.
•Australian dollar.
•New Zealand dollar.
•Canadian dollar.
•Swiss franc.
•Japanese yen.

I find it hard to believe that the US dollar will collapse and be completely obliterated even by bitcoin. Even if the economy fails, US dollar seem to stand strong but if and when it does, the government might opt for something a little more "reliable" and has been around for a long time, such as gold but only because cryptocurrency has not been that long. Who knows, maybe what you are thinking may happen in the future.

I think a good choice after the dollar is Bitcoin, and of course the U.S. is powerful enough that the dollar won't collapse soon. In the future, we may see that bitcoin will gain some market share.

I think the current strength of the US dollar is only temporary.

It may last a year or 2, but the deficits are growing, the economic crisis is still here and looming, western societies are more and more divided ...

At one point the printing of fiat money will be so huge that the inflation will be out of control, and cryptos will rise a lot. It may be in 5 years, perhaps 10 years.

US dollar runs world economy. US Dollar is getting stronger year by year. With Donald Trump's "America First" it is US Dollar to the moon.

Bitcoin is people'e trust for a new system and an alternative asset. Bitcoin will be 3rd tier asset.

This policy is more often known as "shoot yourself in the foot" as you stab your allies in the back and isolate yourself both at home and abroad.

American economy hangs by a thread, which is supported by countries like China, Japan and Saudi Arabia buying their debt. And these buyers don't seem so interested anymore. They'd much rather be selling it actually. So once they sell enough to cause default, who's gonna buy the dollar?

Oh and a euro reserve is impossible. The Euro is propped up by the ECB's frantic printing spree in hopes of getting people to open their wallets and buy useless shit that they don't need. It won't last for long.

Who told you that the US dollar will collapse?

The dollar will survive all the crypto-currencies.

Bitcoin will be moments to come to life and disappear, but I believe in the very technology of blockchain

You dont need to evaluate the bitcoin valuation when the US dollar collapses because it doesnt matter at all. Bitcoin dont get hampered just because the USD is collapsing itself. Remember that US dollar is just representative unit for the bitcoin which is being used to know whats the value in simple language. Now how do you know how much worth an ounce of gold is ? By saying it is X dollar per ounce, isn't it? What happens when the dollar crushes? It just mean nothing because golds demand and supply defines its prices and thus it doesn't matter whats the USD behaviour is. Same applies for the bitcoin too.

US economy is very strong that’s why US dollar becoming more stable in the world economy. On the other hand bitcoin is a digital crypto currency. Some countries are holds gold in their central bank but i believe one day bank will reserve bitcoin also.

thats not true actually the us economy is in truth weak, the usa has a vast foreign trade deficit https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/W%C3%A4hrung#/media/File:Cumulative_Current_Account_Balance.png
