Hi guys,

Some investors want to invest to my project but I just want to get a little bit cash to complete my first project version before doing an ICO.
How can I sell the tokens before issuing it to get cash? (electronic contract)

Besides, can I do IPO after burning out all of money from ICO?

This is your project and you have the right to decide what and how it will be. So good luck, dude!

There is no reason why you can't sell tokens that are delivered at a later date.

I will prefer to buy tokens already listed
Its much better and safe because they have some worth and tokens are not issued can give you serious lost because these can go either way mean in big lost or never appear which is not good for investor

Reason is you sell only promises. Author can never deliver because he is technical not competent enough.
He can hire competent technical person? That would have total control over his coin? Wink not really
This is why so many ICO are fail/scam etc.

SHITPOSTERS ALERT. You two, OP doesn't care what you prefer, OP asking how to issue tokens before doing ICO.

There is no reason why you can't sell tokens that are delivered at a later date.

Agree. If you already have somebody who believes and wants to invest in your project, I don't see any reason why you can't deliver coins/tokens at a later date.

Reason is you sell only promises. Author can never deliver because he is technical not competent enough.

And what is all ICO's selling? Worthless tokens = promises.

Either you ask friends for funds who believes in your project but asking  for funds before the ico would look scammy if that is a word...  Find other means and I wish you the very best of luck.

This is a good idea. It always worth buying the tokens before. I just can congratulate you on that project. The best way of running from poverty is investing. Projects like this will give you new opportunities. Just inform your partners about your will and it will be possible. As you are the owner it might be possible. Whatever you decide will be done. It is understandable that you need some capital for investment. Buying tokens before their issue will help you achieve that goal. Anyway, good luck.

Thanks, guys.
Our applications acquired a lot of users and we are migrating our applications to dApps.
The investors want to invest to us but it'll take time and effort to issue new token with audited smart contract.

Again, can we IPO after ICO?

Don't sell it cheap and regret later if the project become a successful. I think you must discuss with your team members first if you have any, before making any deal with your project.
