Hello,

Thanks for bringing this issue up. when you click create new wallet, you then need to type a wallet name. then type a password at the bottom of the GUI, and then click "CREATE WALLET" button. It will then show the Mnemonic seed. I thought this was a tad confusing as well so I may change this process in the next release.
