If person can sell insider information for monetary gains then person cannot be trusted even by dealing by escrowed fund.
Selling insider information can be illegal and punishable in some countries.

I've seen lots of such "insider info" channels in telegram. I also talked with one of the owners of such a channel. It's a total bullshit. Never never trust them.
