A project usually offers different kinds of bounties, not restricted to signature campaigns. If you are good at translating texts into your native language you may sign up for a translation bounty eg.

All signature bounties I ve seen are restricted to bitcointalk.

Good question.

Bitcoin.com has a forum and they used to have a single campaign. It was an experiment by the administrators to get people contributing to the discussion. It was tough to participate because there wasn't a lot of new activity to respond to. And there was no quoted rate per post or period, the campaign manager would give out an mount of Bitcoin that he/she felt corresponded to each participant's contribution for the week. It was an interesting campaign, but it ran its course.

I think signature campaigns are restricted to this forum because this forum is more cryptocurrency oriented than all. Bounties do have other options and campaign like social medias and content creation.

I'm pretty sure in any other forum with signature space, you could get paid by anyone who wants to promote something if you're famous enough. It's just that signature campaigns are more in the "norm" here on bitcointalk.

Not really. This style of user ads are unique to this forum.
There are other bounties program, but signature campaigns are developed here and you won't find exact same thing somewhere else.
