Thanks for your suggestions but ada and neo are already overpriced in this bear market so if you can suggest them, buying oax is now like buying a coin at no cost.

I agree with your opinion that Hell is very bloated. ITS real price is 0.1$ maximum peak, if it will again, pampati will grow in 5 times. The price of 0.5 per coin. I don't think a great idea would be to invest in this coin. I would recommend you to buy coins for the list of 100 coins according to the version of coin cap market

All those coins that are very stablished on the market and you think that are good to invest now are the ones that you should be putting your money into, maybe that ist he best thing that you can do because everything is extra cheap

Well ICOs are a fantastic option when the market is like this.
I have a few that you might enjoy knowing about!

TIP Blockchain aims to create the most user-friendly and easy to use platform in the cryptocurrency economy, that connects businesses to end users, and removes the technical barriers that users face today when using cryptocurrency.

Daostack IO powers decentralized companies, funds and markets to make fast and innovative decisions at scale. Basically an operating system for collective intelligence.

Deedcoin is a cryptocurrency that will simplify real estate. Deedcoin customers use DEED to decide what to pay in commission costs when purchasing or selling a home, lowering the traditional 6% fee to 1%.

Always choose the top ten coins from coinmarketcap.com. Choose coins more than $100, coins with below $50 and coins below $1. This is a wise idea when investing. The price of all altcoins are very low now. Gather as many coins as you can before the price of each coin goes up. The profit is curtained by the end of 2018.

In times that the market is bearish it is better to invest and which cryptocurrency to invest in? I will invest in Bitcoin and if there is any other thing then I will invest in ETH. I know there are altcoins that are doing great but I am more comfortable with the two I have mentioned. This is the right time to buy or invest, no sitting on the sidelines.
