does MultiBit(0.5.16) keep an unencrypted wallet file in my harddisk ?

I have my wallet encrypted and backed-up but I am afraid of what happens if someone gains an access to my HD files .. are there any unencrypted wallet/private keys files I should delete from the MultiBit folder ?

MultiBit deletes the unencrypted wallet files stored on the 'wallet-unenc-backup' folder (once you set-up a password, of course) and replaces them with an encrypted copy, which means the unencrypted wallets are NOT there :

The password used is the one you use to first encrypt your wallet. MultiBit goes through all the unencrypted wallets, creates an encrypted copy and secure deletes the unencrypted one

So, are there any other wallet/private key files that ARE NOT encrypted in multi bit folders ??

The only unencrypted copies that are present on your disk are (transiently) when you encrypt your wallet.
The rolling backup is the old unencrypted wallet and it stays on your disk until the next encrypted wallet write.
At that point it is secure deleted so there are no unencrypted private keys on your disk.
This is written over typically on the next block or when you shutdown.
