When I get coins? Look at "Stats"->"Expected time to block" - this is the estimated time after which you will get a coins.
Where can I find the stats of my miner? Look at "Graph" -> find your own wallet address.
Why I got so much coins? how much got the others? Look at "Stats"->"Last blocks", click on "last block link" you see payouts for miners (find your wallet address).
This pool has a low hashrate, why I should mine here? P2Pool network functions as a whole, no matter on which node you mine. What matters is the distance from your mining rig - network connection delays.
