In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

No chance on getting that money back.

Maybe 20 something percent with liquidation or if it's fraud you'll get 100% on paper but they can't pay it.

But maybe the poland situation is different, not sure about the gox company structure.

Talk to your bank. Tell them the money never arrived and they will look into it. Probably you have no chance and it is gone in mt gox black hole.

Maybe also call gox hotline. Tell them and make your claim.

Same thing here. I foolishly deposited 1000 euro to their polish account a few days before it went offline and now that I check my balance its not there.
Every time I get over this they release some new update to troll me. I would at least have liked some recognition that they stole my money.

"No chance on getting that money back. "
Well my money was on the way, 6 days after MtGox turned off.

Doesn't matter when it was and if they were turned off. Remember the german bank that did some swap or something like that with Lehman brothers on the date they declared bankruptcy? 500m gone cuz they didn't cancel the auto payment.

They got some money back during the liquidiation, same will happen to your money. 25% maybe.
