I like this. I dont think there is anything investment that isn't risky . all investment are risky. Every investor knows that . so majority of us should learn to deal as such and have risk management skills. I believe this is just a caution and not to scare anyone away.

That survey maybe was done to people who did not know Bitcoin really because you ask someone who has bitcoin or that some time there bought or been in exchanges of coins I think it would be around the percentages of risk 25% and 75% of gain of the investment and the majority of those who are in crypto are young and are not found by there in the streets would have to be in a university or some forums that survey or in countries like Japan the echo that makes a brevest in states together with 2000 people to something that is global that covers hundreds of countries that are millions, it seems to me that this survey is not valid

They just showed their positions regarding to this system but they are not the majority so that's still not going to be the basis whether same people around will have the same concern about bitcoin, yes risk as it is since you are investing to something that there's still no clear path along the way, but allowing yourself to learn and understand is another thing, if most Americans are saying that it's risky then it's much better to take that and enjoy after the rise of this new innovation inside investment currency.

It's correct. Investing in Crypto is a risk. However, the profits it brings are so great that you can forget about all the risks. I believe in the future of this market and I am still involved 

Frankly speaking, I do not think that this poll is correct. A lot of things need to be considered while considering these polls like sample size.

In case, this is true (75 % Americans believing bitcoin is 'very risky'), I think the percentage will be above 95% for all over the world. Also, in my opinion the majority is not of people who like it or consider it risky, majority is of people who are neutral about it (they have no idea about what it is actually) .

It is not entirely surprising that this number is this high. Part of the reason is that most of the information on BTC and cryptos has been negative and the public doesn't understand yet. It also doesn't help that exchanges are hacked continuously. Better adoption and better security will be two things that will make the public more comfortable and will eventually see that number go down.

This is not new when everyone is saying bitcoin as high risk investment but they forget that playing gambling is also risky but even then the are playing. I agree with them. Invest on this market is risky. Because coin prices are always fluctuating. But if you choose a good coin then you will able to earn profit. I believe bitcoin is less risky than other project because its price fluctuation range is limited.

There is nothing to worry with this. In investing, the word risk is always there, and it is the same in bitcoin. Risk is a part of winning. How can you eatn profit if you do not want to risk an specific amount? As simple as that, risk is everywhere and if you take risk, this is when you will feel you have accomplished something. There is nothing wrong in thinking that bitcoin investment is risky. To be honest, it is very risky because of the highly volatile nature of the coin itself. But, the high risk does come with the chance of high profitability. So, people who are brave enough to invest a big amount on Bitcoin can be rewarded for the risk they have taken by making huge profit or the vice versa.

Such a negative attitude of Americans towards bitcoin is the result of propaganda of state structures that urge citizens not to invest in bitcoin because it is too risky investment of funds. In other countries there is no such negative attitude towards bitcoin. If bitcoin in the future will show its success, then the attitude towards it will change with time.

bitcoin and cryptocurrency investments are indeed very risky because there is no guarantee for your assets. logically most people are afraid of investing, but when there are people who have been cornered economically it might be an option that bitcoin is a shortcut to trade. currently, bitcoin is more ideal for short time trading (scalping).
