The war of attrition already started here? Damn! Trump fooled me watching the cable for his Chinese attack.

BTW, this thread should be locked for peace to reign. I believe the issue has been resolved, except both parties love the sound of their keyboards. Silence is golden most times.
Maybe he'll extort me to delete it Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Okay, you're doing too much. What are you, digaran's bitch? jk.

On a more serious note, you weren't scammed. Not for 1$ ,and definitely not for 840/960$. Both of the parties involved did questionable things here. You, are twisting words and causing a ruckus here and blackmailed him that you'd open a "Scam Accusation" case against him. Jeremypwr, made a mistake and admitted it. Where he is actually wrong is, him asking you to delete your posts. That is not extortion, he gets nothing from it, not directly at least. Its sort of blackmail. And he should explained why he removed you, it would have made things a little clearer, although he doesn't has to.

The best case scenario here: WaffleMaster gets his money for the last week if he hasn't yet and Jeremypwr and WaffleMaster both apologize to each other for their wrongdoings.

And that sig of yours, that's some next level butthurt trolling.

Those words I highlighted is not untrustworthy behavior for a campaign manager? Shocked

Anyway OP just move on and find better campaign, this is not the only campaign in the forum. And Jeremypwr already mentioned in the rules that he can remove participants at anytime for any reasons. You agreed the terms before joining in the campaign so you can't accuse him when he removed you.

I can remove you from the Campaign at any time, for whatever reason

He then said he would close his false accusations (false since they were rightfully solved).

That doesn't make sense. Accusations were correct if you solved them. Solving accusations doesn't make accusations from true to false.

He is only making it more difficult on other participants because I will be canceling my Campaigns soon on account of his actions.

Or in other words, the campaigned party wants to stop dealing with you? Don't blame your campaign participant for that.

How can someone fill out a "scam accusation" when they were fully paid for their work?

It's good knowledge for others to know that you're removing people from your signature campaigns for no reason.

It's not blackmailing when you tell someone you'll open a scam accusation. If there's no reason for that accusation, there shouldn't be anything to fear. Right?

Jeremypwr on the other hand is clearly blackmailing by threatening to not pay what was agreed on if something (which is even unrelated to the payment) is not done in time.

I dont see any reason why guys have to brag and drag because of the mistake made when counting posts. However, WaffleMaster please dont be annoy with Jeremypwr cause it not an easy task to manage a campaign not to mention 2-3 campaigns and this is why i give kudos to Mr Yahoo62278 who manage 4-7 campaigns wonderfully. I believed both sides have learned a lesson and what Mr Yahoo62278 said you guys need to let go of whatever happened cause the campaign manager decision is final.

Threatening to open a scam accusation for removing someone from a campaign is not blackmail Huh ? There is nothing to fear, but there is more than something to lose. Accusations can make things go from bad to worse. Jeremypwr is not right here either, but what WaffleMaster is doing, is more than what a retard would do. Thread has served its purpose, its time to get this locked.

You are doing damage only to yourself. Is it really necessary to post hundred times the same message about the same thing all over the forum? It took me 2 hours yesterday to go trough all posts and pm's as they are, well, all over the forum  Roll Eyes

Here's my new address: 1GS2QmriPCFe5aQpPnSUv875AhQgbAKY2o
Thanks for pming me I probably wouldn't have known we needed new address otherwise.

Yes.

Cmon man, I have already explained you here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4737831.msg43264998#msg43264998 why they don't own you $840 .

Like stedsm said, @Jerermypwr, don't ask users to delete their posts. They can make how much ever posts they want. Just count 8 of them.
They didn't ask WaffleMaster to delete these posts, to understand what is going on here you have to go trough this topic, scam accusation topic and bounty topic as well.

So, this is what happened:

They didn't count posts correctly, they refused to pay WaffleMaster, WaffleMaster start ranting around about not being payed, AFTER that they counted posts again, they saw they made mistake and then they asked wafflemaster to remove all posts where wafflemaster accused them about certain things(scam/fud/whatever).

Quote
That is not extortion, he gets nothing from it, not directly at least. Its sort of blackmail.

Source: wikipedia
Blackmail is an act, often criminal, involving unjustified threats to make a gain—most commonly money or property—or cause loss to another unless a demand is met

Here you go, self admitted:

"so he agrees to get his money".
And after that, "finds out he's getting removed from future campaigns, and attempts to blackmail me", which is also correct, as campaign rule is "...remove from campaign from whatever reason".

So, they blackmailed each other Roll Eyes

I am going to give them benefit of doubt because both acted like two kids fighting over a toy and I am pretty sure this could have been resolved in more peaceful way.

Yeah I knew what happened, I just confused my self at the time of writing that post. He has made around 90 posts bitching about how he got scammed for 960$/ 0.12BTC , and I got myself confused in the middle.  Angry

I am going to give them benefit of doubt because both acted like two kids fighting over a toy and I am pretty sure this could have been resolved in more peaceful way.
Agreed. They can still sort it out, apologize to each other and get this over with. But I doubt they will, and honestly, I want this bozo to keep spamming his shit, for digaran has become too quiet and things got boring again.  Undecided

The personal attacks and lies will continue, I'm afraid. But it's ok because really I am in the complete right, like even Yahoo has said.
Yahoo also said that you are a crazy person who has the misconception that you got scammed for 960$. Stop using half meanings here.

Oh Pugman, how futile all your argument points have been. And easily countered not only by me, but by many others.

Changed my mind.

(a person removing their application to one of his campaigns)

I'm with WaffleMaster's side here. Just for the sake.
But cheer up WaffleMaster. Its not the end of the world for you. You already wasted two days of your life when you could have done something more meaningful than getting into a fight you may never win. There are hundred more campaigns out there, all they may be needing is you who can raise awareness for their project.

So let me ask you this, since you seem to be the only person who sides with WaffleMaster:

Even though it turns out waffle is in the right

No, that would not be ok, but jeremypwr admitted his mistake, apologised
To this user I ask: As long as a murderer or financial fraud says he is sorry, he doesn't deserve jail time?

Holy fuck, anybody that isnt retarded can see that this campaign manager extorted u. literally wanted to censor u or else he wouldnt pay what he said, what u were owed. Why? Cus u posted about not being paid properly cus he is a piece of shit manager n couldnt count to 25 right? Holy fuck!!! how is this dude not banned for illegal activity. super anti bitcoin with his censorship too

Jeremy literally committed a crime. No country allows extortion. You can keep defending him though, he's provably shown to be a criminal. I wonder if you're a criminal too, Pugman.

Oh Pugman, how futile all your argument points have been. And easily countered not only by me, but by many others.
I am not supporting neither of you here. And this:

1) I'm not entitled, because if you agree to do something and don't do it, that is you defaulting on an agreement. You didn't make things go back to normal like was agreed. That's not me being entitled, that's you scamming.
2) I'm not spamming, I'm replying to people. If you have a problem with somebody replying to people in relevant context and using pictures, that sounds like a personal issue.
3) You dropped me before payment because of your error and being a bad campaign manager. You then said you would make things normal and fix it, but you didn't. Obviously things are not back to normal like you agreed to.
4) Case still open, simply because you state it's over doesn't mean it's over. There still are allegations of your blackmailing which is documented and also scamming out of the agreement you said yes to.

1. Its already solved. So it involves no scamming, cause you were paid. Ref: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/6b4e3f354946feb24ea08c5c5331f0b6bb2cb3b77ed72d6241673538e700c94chttps://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/6b4e3f354946feb24ea08c5c5331f0b6bb2cb3b77ed72d6241673538e700c94c

2. You're spamming. You have made 90 posts, and all of them with the same images over and over again.

3. Dropping you initially might have been a mistake, but dropping you later was a well-made decision.

4. Don't forget that you also blackmailed him. Now that you're paid, what are you whining about here? Extortion? This is very subjective, he asked you to delete your posts, and that is not considered to be extortion, in the court of order in many countries.
Do you still think you got scammed? Even after you were paid?

No, that would not be ok, but jeremypwr admitted his mistake, apologised
To this user I ask: As long as a murderer or financial fraud says he is sorry, he doesn't deserve jail time?
What o_e_l_e_o is referring here is, Jeremypwr made a mistake in post counting, and now for that he should be jailed? Shocked

Now you're just competing against digaran to see who is the most stupidest.  Undecided

You're getting nothing from this, can you move on? Because the main issue was you getting paid for those 25 posts and now you have. Apologize to each other and get this issue solved.

If you still think this isn't over, well sue Jeremypwr. And see what the court has to say to you, keep in mind, almost everything would be inadmissible, probably.

"Most stupidest", nice. Grin

So if a felon apologizes for committing a felony that is fine, he can commit as many crimes against somebody as he wants?
"inadmissible" on what terms, Mr. Lawyer?
Forget the scamming that would be easily enforceable.
Extortion is a felony in all states, and not only that, in all countries. But let's just move on and let a felon continue to criminally extort people and commit crimes. Grin I wonder who the "most stupidest" is

Now that digaran has gone silent, I'd say you're acting stupider/delusional/idiotic. Choose what you like. Don't worry,it'll be temporary, you'll be long gone, while digaran would come back.

Inadmissible on what terms? Let's see:

He asked you to delete your posts, and there is no law that defines extortion to involve these petty things(As far as I know). You should also read this: https://criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-charges/extortion.html

Extortion involves money or threats to cause physical threats.

Extortion involves money or threats to cause physical threats.
"Uh, yes your Honor, I threatened him to delete all evidence of me committing the felony, which I understand is another felony in itself, so it shouldn't be available as evidence" - Pugman in Court
Also, he asked me to delete things before he threatened me monetarily....so?Huh?? Are you confused?
Here, I googled it for you in 2 seconds to prove you have no idea what you're talking about. By the way, threatening to not pay somebody an agreed to amount unless they do something is involving money, isn't it?

And since you're literally braindead, he's a quote from the link you told me to read which counters your point immediately.

"Virtually all extortion statutes require that a threat must be made to the person or property of the victim. Threats to harm the victim's friends or relatives may also be included. It is not necessary for a threat to involve physical injury."

As soon as he agreed in his mistake and that he would send me the money, that money was my property.
Thank you for trying to act like you know something, and further providing evidence for my point.

Had to edit this quote in Grin
"It's like burning somebody's house down and then getting mad at their reaction."

Threatened you monetarily? Did he specifically ask you for money? Because that's what it means.

And that word evidence you're shouting for, its an evidence for an accusation that arose due to a mistake. A mistake of counting posts is a felony? Since you're bitching so much about the felony here, why don't you go ahead sue Jeremypwr, and see what the court has to offer to you.

Earnings =/= property. Also, you were paid.

Will you also use the evidence that I am "providing to prove your point", in court?

What's your problem again now? You got paid, you don't want to go back to the campaign nor do you want to call the cops. So what are you spamming about?

@WaffleMaster, c'mmon man, this is really getting ridiculous. You have been paid already by the campaign manager. Seems you have a good reputation by just looking at your merits. But now you totally ruined it, other campaign managers have taken noticed of your actions and behavior that I doubt that you will be accepted in any bitcoin paying campaign. I suggest you really need to take a break and stop spamming, just saying.

Threatened you monetarily? Did he specifically ask you for money? Because that's what it means.

He threatened to not pay what he owed unless <something unrelated> was done.

Anyway, as others have suggested too, I think nothing good will come out of further hashing of this issue. Yes, WaffleMaster was threatened/blackmailed by Jeremypwr, but in the end got paid regardless of the blackmailing. People who read this thread should know all the facts here now and can act accordingly.
