I think this year  is different from other years because as I call the rise of the ICOs.due to the surge in ICOs This year might be different. It will largely depend on investors sentiment on the outcome ico profit /loss magin.think the reason for last year end bull run was as result of crazy gains recorded by ICOs but this year is different. Investors has been accumulating huge losses  from ICO token and except something happen and soon to raise their moral I don't see  that happening

If bitcoin gets the ETF approval by the SEC then we might see a huge pool of institutional funds getting into the btc market. That means the demand will increase heavily and we will see the price skyrocketing in just a small amount of time. We might see a record breaking price like around $50,000 as the experts predicted.

i personally dont consider a thing of time of the year or a seasonal action but i see it as the decision of investors that think it is ideal to buy into several types of pakages that come into the programs or investment projects that are up for grabs during such seasons.

What happened in 2017 did not happen in 2016 so every year is not repeated. This year the market is under pressure from the beginning and is undergoing the recession. Yes everything repeats, but not every year. PUMP of bitcoins repeats and reaches new maximum values each time. I see this happening every two to three years. Today, the situation around the bitcoin and the other alcoins is completely different from the bitcoin rising from $ 250 to $ 1,100 in the past, there are many people and institutions involved in this virtual world. Personally, i think bitcoin will exceed the value of 2017, sometimes around 2019.
