I just heard that one needs to know python script to become a Block Chain developer,are those both dependant on each other?Is it must to know python to become a good Block Chain developer

Python is not related to blockchain technology but it is frequently used to learn how to be a developer in general, especially in schools teaching IT to students. LISK uses javascript, ethereum uses solidity

Python is a somewhat "trendy" language nowadays. And the result is that quite a number of tools are made in Python. That's all.
If you are asking if a programming language is related to a database format, sorry, but you have a lot more to learn..
