Is it possible to natively place a small amount of data in the bitcoin blockchain such that it can be hidden until a transaction with another party completes to a specified amount?

i guess you can do it with ethereum blockchain not with btc blockchain through smart contracts you can store data and do something as you say

sorry I don't think if that is possible because to any transaction that you are sending once it not confirm and you tried to send another one then the previous one will be canceled to replace to the second one
