The team did not earn enough money in the ICO and hence the bounty participants won't get paid.
It is very sad to hear that I spent 2 months on this bounty and still no news, I guess as you say: they won't pay.
The way I am seeing it: this project is already dead so bounty hunters has nothing to expect anymore. Let's move on after wasting our time here...there are new projects now which can give us the rewards we are looking for.
