Hello,

I want to know at what frequency the statistics of worker are updated.
All my stats are at zero while sharing are yet accept dand guiminer.

It depends on the pool you are using. Some pools are updating it real-time, others like multipool for example, need at least 1-2 hours to start showing stats.

If your shares are getting accepted, you're ok!

I'm at slush's pool.
How does the renumeration, the partitipation full round is obligatory ?
