Have checked the account the last post was August so nobody is using that account are you sure it was hacked or you just forgot the password and have issue recovering it, it seems no one is owning this account yet, or maybe he is using the personal message feature of Bitcointalk.

No, is hacked from me. I lost access to the account near July-August 2017,  from that there's a period where I encounter difficulties to access internet. after I tried recover my account without success.

It looks like your account has been hacked for a long time. I can’t find any notice on seclog's list.
There are two accounts to be recovered soon "manual recovery, ownership change queued" so your chance is still promising.
Bump this topic every period and check that list, if there are attempts to restore your account will appear on it.

Also, some solutions may be developed soon.
