I have got few transactions which were flagged with RBF "Replaced by fee" I googled it and I knew it is similar to double spend so anyone can guide me how to protect myself from losing my BTC when I accept some transactions and got flagged as RBF?

Wait until the transaction gets at least 1 confirmation.

RBF isn't a double spend attempt. You can read more about it here: https://bitcoincore.org/en/faq/optin_rbf/

What wallet are you using?

If you are accepting some transaction from other people you must tell them they need to put a higher fee so that you can not experience RBF.
You can use this site https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ to find if what is the default fee that you can recommend to your sender.

Solving blocks can't be solved without my rigs.

So no need to wait for 3 confirmations? Just one confirmation and I am safe?

Just noticed that on blockchain but I shifted to coinbase and I hope I do not get that issue with it.

If you are receiving a big amount of BTC, you could wait for 3 or 6 confirmations just to be safe. But the truth is that 1 confirmation is enough for most of the cases.

Replace by fee (RBF) just means that the sender can resend the transaction with a higher fee, if they accidentally set a low fee and dont want to wait hours for confirmations. It is possible to double spend an unconfirmed transaction without RBF flag.

When the transaction has 1 confirmation it is safe from double spend attacks. Thats why it is important to wait ca 10 minutes for 1 confirmation before sending the product. For high amounts some people prefer to wait for 3+ confirmations.

So no need to wait for 3 confirmations? Just one confirmation and I am safe?

it depends on multiple factors:[1]
1. amount you are receiving. if it is small 1 is enough. chances of an orphaned block and a successful double spend at the same time of it happening is low enough.  but if it is high (like receiving 10BTC for instance) you must wait for more.
2. network status.[2] sometimes (although rare) there are some issues. for example during the fork that we had last year there might have been problems such as a long chain of orphaned blocks that could have been discarded for being invalid. during these times you must wait for more confirmation.
3. type of wallet you are using. if you are running a full node you can be more sure about 1 confirmation than when you are using an SPV wallet. with a SPV wallet you have to wait for more  confirmation.

If there is 1 confirmation does it mean you can't do RBF?

No, you can only use RBF for unconfirmed transactions. Otherwise your transaction was already put into a block and added to the chain.
