Older hard drives are sold as-is, as noted. I consider a drive +5 years past their manufacture date old. They were tested prior to shipping out and their functional status is listed below. If for whatever reason they are damaged during transit I can only attribute that to the age of these drives. You assume that liability, the price I'm selling the older drives at are so low that I'd lose money refunding you the cost of shipment and paying to have it returned. If that is an issue, do not purchase. My feedback stands for itself.

I won't warranty against a few bad sectors, all drives underwent a SMART/Short drive self-test, and results are provided. All drives will be wiped to zero upon purchase, this process alone will bring about drive failure if it's imminent. I will do a further full drive test for a non-refundable bench-test fee of $5.
