CryptoDredge 0.15.0 realised!

Added MTP

System requirements:
  Graphics card with at least 5Gb memory.
  There are no special requirements for CPU and RAM, 4Gb must be sufficient.
 
Please note that compared to other algorithms, for MTP a much larger amount of data is transferred to the pool.
This may be a problem for limited and slow connections.
 
Hashrate:

1070    ~1900KH/s
1080 Ti ~2900KH/s
2080    ~3300KH/s

Please note that the miner have to do some extra work each time the pool send a new "job", so average hashrate will be a bit less.

Devfee is 2% for mtp.

GPUs crashed once so far, but builtin watchdog restarted miner.

OK, I'm not the only one with this issue...I'm getting 1700 with Gamerocks 1080ti, anyone any ideas???
