Price of the Bitcoin is important but a flaw in its security is possibly a worst case but that is not even a factor because it can't even happen in the nearest future

This is a known fact if the price goes up it will surely go down. What happens if the price of Bitcoin falls to $1000 in 2018, will this be considered as a Worst Case Scenario or something else?

I don't see the price falling that low unless something catastrophic happens, such as a 51 percent attack, a massive hack, a global ban, or something along those lines. Bitcoin is increasingly being embraced by financial institutions, so the likelihood of that price is very low, in my view.

The worst scenario of BTC might be not considering it as the decentralized money system. If BTC is being centralized by any means, people will lose faith and interest which they have for now. BTC is the king of crypto space, losing this crown would be the worst of the worst BTC had ever experienced.
That is totally true, because the idea of decentralized system is part of what bringing in investors into the entire cryptocurrency and people hoping that as a Decentralized system would prevail over centralized

I can't imagine if that happens, if bitcoin falls 100 $ bitcoin holders will panic and will sell it. all altcoins will fall, and many investors will withdraw their capital from the market exchange.

This idea too can only make people lose their capital and portfolio to the whales but won't affect the Bitcoin or the cryptocurrency itself that much because a drop on price is inevitable in a market but cannot crash the entire system

Worst case scenario is in progress ever since they forked Bitcoin and called their alt coin Bitcoin cash, that's one of the scenarios

Though, another worst case scenario would be like they start buying and buying to pump the price up and then move their money

Into Bitcoin cash to say that Bitcoin wasn't good enough, now we've decided that Bitcoin cash is better, they have done this already.
Some stupid people believed that BCH is good, they have invested their money but they were fooled by shills. another worst case

Scenario would be for some government to buy every single Bitcoin available for sale on the market just to centralize the market.

They have done this as well. some of the other worst case scenarios is the fact that no one can buy Bitcoin anonymously, they can

Just mine it without giving out their identity.
Exactly correct especially that your third point, I think the Bitcoin market is very open to centralization by government forces, except there is a kind of protection for the system against being captivated by the government.

Yes!!!
I think if Bitcoin price is 1000$ then that would be a bad thing !!!
However, it still does not matter if we try to hold it !!!
Bitcoin prices will rise and more than that!
I think so!!!

Just as humans lose their value after death, so will bitcoin in a worst case scenario loose its value if it receive a total rejection from people all over the world. It would be worthless of its purpose and the end of its importance.

Like you said that if there is rise in price, it may also fall so if it falls, I will hope for the rise too. It is futile to cry over fluctuation in price.

Everything in this world has a value, Well, I agree in your idea that if bitcoin goes up it really quick to goes down its value. But if you are one of the investor on it dont be afraid to lose your money in investing in Bitcoin.Instead think positive and believe that bitcoin will soar its value sooner.

Bitcoin price is not going to fall to $1000. In the worst case, it will go to $5000 but even that is very hard to assume.

The worst case scenario if Satoshi wakes up and decides to sell his one million bitcoins for fiat.  All fait would be lost in btc and it would crash back to the hundred dollar level.

It now seems more and more likely that this is actually the scenario we will see

For me,the worst scenario in bitcoin is when you set in buylong but reverse happened until i trap and can't move.
My head is sometimes aching to think what to do.And the market continue to drop and lossing a lot of money.
I learned that you need to really need to disciplined yourself in trading and be attentive to the movement of the market.

I can't predict fast as you assume, the fact that bitcoin still has a large value. and in the process of growth to stabilize it will take a long time, we have already discussed. so what you say is far from possible.

It seems to me that the price of bitcoin is several times lowered to this mark for its existence, and it will still take off as it is indispensable.

the main threat to bitcoin, like any kriptvalut is state regulation. I do not think that up to 1000 bitcoins will be carried, operators will not be allowed.

maybe it could be a scenario that involves a lot of hands, but we are also in that scenario, so we also have to have a strategy so we don't lose.
