What are the best alternatives to Blockchain.info and Exodus wallets? I'm keen to know about web version wallets alternatives to blockchain.info not just desktop wallets.

Hi,

Please remember, Electrum is more secure than any other online (hot) wallet. There are no chance for you to get hacked unless you intentionally or unintentionally expose your seed/private key.

Those are different wallets that you can choose it is compose of desktop, hardware, mobile and web wallets.

For web wallet, greenaddress.it is good.

It can be this reason in general.
Why was Armory and Blockchain wallet removed from bitcoin.org? -- Armory was back and listed.

If you mean by "ID": Identity document or proof of identity, the answer is no.
wallet means that you can access your private key and therefore have full control of your coins.
The imposition of any type of proof of identity means that a third party controls the private key and thus will not become a wallet[1], just as happens with trading platforms[2].

remember to save your private key/seed and try it "check it" before sending any money/payment.

With https://coinb.in you can create, sign and broadcast transactions manually or through their web wallet.

You need to enter your bitcoin address to get inputs and create a transaction, and you need to enter your private key to sign the transaction (coinb.in runs client-side in your browser with javascript, so that the coinbin server never sees your private key, but you can download coinb.in source and sign the tx offline).

I also used Guarda web wallet (https://guarda.co) for small altcoin transactions, but I dont know how secure it is for large amounts.

You shouldnt need government ID for any crypto wallet. At most you would need an email address, password and possibly phone number for 2fa. You can use coinb.in to send and receive bitcoin with only a bitcoin address and private key (as bitcoin should be).
