Well, I have a single block erupter running at 335MH/s, I first joined Team Reddit, which gave me about 200 satoshis every hour, but I found out that the amount of satoshi I earn on BTCGuild depends on what team I join and what is their mining speed, I want to earn more satoshi every hour so I left Team Reddit. I joined Alydian after that, which currently holds the most share record in ranking and the second fastest team, but I only got 5 satoshis. Now I am in a random team which gave me a about 50 satoshis an hour.

So, what team do you guys recommand that I should join to get the most out of my slow mining speed? I'm planning to get better hardwares after I got more money from mining.

Also, I observed that I can get satoshis even when my miner is offline, am I dreaming? I think it might have something to do with the team I joined. Can I get satoshi without mining on BTCGuild?

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

How much you mine depends on your own hashes, which team you join is just for statistics only

Teams are a "for fun" feature, something people requested long ago.  People used to form teams for things like Folding@Home and Seti@home so they could compete as groups / communities.  They offer no benefit, they're just something to view individual rankings for a team, or compete as a group against another team.

As for satoshis trickling in while your miners are offline, PPLNS is a time-delayed payment method.  This means you start out with low rewards (since you only have shares in a few shifts), and eventually those rewards grow as you have shares in more shifts (up to 10).  When you turn off, you still have shares in shifts and rewards continue to trickle in until all of those shares have expired.  This is sometimes confused for having poor rewards for part-time miners, but that is not the case.  The expected value of a share is the same whether you have shares in previous shifts or not.  A single share makes its way through the shifts and gets paid blocks.  The existence of your other shares does not have any effect on what payments that share will receive by the time it matures.

I was thinking the same that it doesn't matter what team you've joined to mine coins.

With a Block Erupter doing 333MH, it really doesn't matter if you join a team, or even bother mining at all.
