ETC had a price hike when coinbase released its statement regarding it's plan to support a multiple of currencies as online wallet.
Though the name coinbase is huge, what it's doing has no larger significance at current time.
So, I don't think ETC would have any unnatural hikes around the launch of the wallet.

Could you share the link here? That is will be interested to coinbase have connection with ETC. If your information is valid, I thougt we're not too late for buy a ETC now. I don't have idea there's will be pump or dump, just believe the volumes trade for ETC will raised up.

I think that this is an opportunity to get money quickly, the price of ETC will definitely rise in the near future because coinbase has many users.

Not sure I understand you question correctly : but ETC is currently listed on several exchange, and some of them have quite high volumes, where you can buy and sell ETC without any problems.  While am writing this there is also a nice rise in 24h price  of around 4% on Bittrex.

Would not expect a classic pump and dump to anyway.

I think the news was when coinbase annouced they will be adding ETC. The technical event of actually starting the trade is no news, so I don't believe it will move the price.
On the other hand, there may be some sellers waiting for the event to happen in order to sell their ETC.
