The function of Raspberry PI is pretty laid back and Odroid will not be sufficient enough on its own. Having GPU is important too if you want to go for the high-quality coins. Apart from that, as long as the PC is in good working condition, second hand is alright.

With a simple desktop PC you can run a ton of coins on it.  I have about 12 going right now.  I think with the PI you can get about 4 coins going at a time if you set it up properly.

Okay great!  I’ve decided to go with a PC, so I am currently looking out for one
