Hiring for New Altcoin

I'm am looking to create a new Altcoin that would Generate coins not from CPU or GPU but from a score in a game. The thought is why waste Power when you can waste time playing a game and that will earn your $$ it will keep it difficult Lower for a longer period, keeping the value of the coin longer and no botnet's can use it. its like captcha for bitcoins, since someone needs to be playing in order for the score to get higher. Need a Linux wallet / Mac Wallet / Windows Wallet / Game integration into the Score / and future support on updates, I don't code at all but am good at websites and marketing, I will Pay for the Coders time to build it.

Did not know about huntercoin looks interesting but you can still mine with hardware i want something that you can only mine with humans

I am curios how will you make it mining without hardware ? I mean how are you going to close the possibility not to play but use hardware to mine coins?
