Do you trust ICO Rating sites?

In my own opinion one of the major factor that most of the crypto-enthusiast when they are looking for an ICO to invest with is by the rating of well-known ICO review and rating websites because it lessen their doubt in being part of a specific ICO.

As you know, many ICO evaluation sites are available. Which is the best of you ICO evaluation sites? What is the choice of people who make these evaluations?

I think there is no reason to trust ICO ratings because you can easily buy it on their sites. There are many other important things which are you have to look for, such as the ICO team, community, product and many others. There is one good ICO project - KamaGames, you can look for it ICO -  it is the largest European social mobile poker operator with experienced team and big community.

Yes i do trust them because i do believe that their are professional when it came to rating a ICO and also i do get my ICO their i do my own research add their rating and i came up with a conclusion by the end of the day

they indeed looks very professional until you see that they can give a good rating for the project that are trying to pay them or trying to advertise their project into that ico ratings site.
by that the review becomes subjective and that's not professional anymore. I guess it's always better to review by ourselves.

Yes, I believe in them, I think they are responsible for their image. But I will not invest in ICO, in order to think that it has lost the best time to invest in ICO.

Currently I do not have better source of information. So I have to trust these sites. And especially ICOBench is the most trusted I think. ICO which is listed on this site is seems to be more trusted than ICO which is not listed here. So if you dont find your ICO here on ICOBench it is not recommended to invest. Because it could be a very small project or project without real team and so on..

They seem biased to me. A friend of mine who's doing an ICO told me that they paid 10ETH for 5 quality ratings and that's that! I noticed that some ICOs with good project, team, and good social media presence are struggling with getting good reviews.

With all that said, should it still be a factor to look at when investing in ICO?

Nope. I usually read and make research in doing bounties. The bounty managers also matters so i see to it that they are reliable people. Also the references of my friends is being considered.

I dont really know if they are not getting paid of by those ICO advertisers but mostly it is paid on the other ico rating sites which they paid to list it then to rate it in higher so that it could attract more investors. Well i do depend or i trust those ico rating sites before because mostly they are in true and dont lie in a project but now, i do trust it but not really, if it is rated higher then  its good, or its bad its okay also but in depends how do they manage their project.

I only make them as my reference to my research before investing in some ICO. You must not trust 100% of them. must do your own research too.
And don't use only 1 ICO Rating sites, you must critical to check them why some ICO rating sites only give xxx score and why some other ICO rating sites give so high score.

Cause some of ICO website pay them so of course they will make it a higher rating.

So the best opinion is try to do some research too about their product, their Developer, their Feature, Roadmap, Whitepaper, Bounty Manager, and a lot of stuff to check before investing in ICO.

We cannot say that ICO rating sites are irrelevant but it is true that ratings and expert opinions can be bought and this reduce their value. Before investing we should make a detailed research and ratings sites are only one of the factor amongst many other for consideration.

I don't trust the rating from some sites because some are not usually accurate. They just give a rating in some situation and get paid for it.
