for some reason ICO agencies are indeed reliable but as we know the ICO rating is not a reference to making a project successful. for me personally the ICO project was successful or not determined from the existence of the media and partners in promoting the ICO. Moreover, transparency between developers and investors is very important for the success of the ICO

They seem biased to me. A friend of mine who's doing an ICO told me that they paid 10ETH for 5 quality ratings and that's that! I noticed that some ICOs with good project, team, and good social media presence are struggling with getting good reviews.
With all that said, should it still be a factor to look at when investing in ICO?
Yes, most sites often give money to buy a rating, I would certainly not much began to trust, it is better to start to understand the cryptocurrency and ico and then choose yourself

I don't completely trust you. I have 3 sites that I trust the most. Further I regard every. Plus he was doing the analysis. And based on all my findings and sites, I choose the project.
I would not trust any website that has any kind of coin rating on it because I do not know them.

There are different ICO Rating sites. For example, icodrops is a quit good service. THey have videos of theit analitic. But icobench is too bad. I know a man from their marketing team and he said that all ratings are paid by ICOs.
Looking through a site list of the upcoming Airdrops usually have coins ratings on then, they help to see if the coin is worth getting.

Of course I don't trust. Almost all of them are paid shills. ICO rating sites charge a lot of money from ICO's to list their ratings in their website.

As for me, I do not think that ICO ratings on different websites are honest enough, so I do not base on them while choosing the project to invest. Yet, such websites provide a full info about projects, such as social media links and Hard Cap info, so they make the search of promising projects much easier.

Most of these sites cannot be trusted because they are mostly paid for, it is better to monitor the interesting project in all forums and to watch the general mood of the crowd and make a decision

I never trusted the ico rating on the site, it was just a list. the most important thing is that we can see the ico list and be selective about several aspects including the team, the concept and roadmap are things that must be trusted.

I do not believe any sites, but I can say for sure that you can use the information obtained on them for your own benefit. Instead of analyzing ICO for hours, I get a lot from such sites. This greatly saves my time, it is profitable for me.

I do not trust sites that give an assessment of some projects, as in most cases it's just business. Paying for a good rating is easier than making a good project.

I don't trust the websites with the ratings of ICO. They mean little. There is a lot of such websites, but their main goal to earn it money from advertizing. For money they "will make" the bad project - magnificent. It is necessary to give a lot of time to studying of the project, only you can do it.

ICO Rating sites get offered altcoins and tokens for shilling ICO's and altcoins all the time.
Very unlikely that any of them can be trusted with so much money to be made shilling.

I do not trust such ratings. I doubt their objectivity. Moreover, it is difficult to predict the success of the project in the future in the high bear market. I think that it is best to evaluate the project yourself.

Previously, I was constantly looking for new projects for investment and bounty campaigns. And often surprised by the high rating of many failed projects. As practice has shown, projects with a high rating in 90% of cases did not give anything to their investors. Based on this, I concluded that you can not trust rating sites.

Some sites, for example, I don't trust icobench or icoreview, because they have several accusations of scam against them, although I don't consider it as a scam in itself, they simply have a kind of premium service, where they speak well of an ICO without doing the proper investigation, that seems quite suspicious to me, so for my ratings I only trust icodrop for now.

That's already becoming the norm around ico review site with the fact that they will talk good for those who pay and want it to be that way. The main reason of why they created that website is this and no other purpose.

No, it makes no sense to trust someone or services, they can not know for sure what will happen. They give an estimate, just like any ordinary person who analyzes the market, this is a common opinion.

Some of them are trustworthy but I wouldn't trust the majority of them that ask for money before they rate an ICO or those who flood their website with every ICO out there just to attract traffic.
