Hi guys, what happened with this great coin, why is so little volume on Bittrex??
It says:
"This market is in danger of de-listing due to low trade volume and lack of user interest. It may be removed on Friday, January 27th 2017 unless the average daily trade volume for the last 14 days exceeds 0.5 BTC. If you would like to keep the market listed, please encourage the development team to contact us at support@bittrex.com. If you have questions about the policy, please see https://bittrex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202583874."
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Do you like DigiByte over Myriad?

Please go to a DigiByte thread.

People come here to read about Myriad and NOT DigiByte.

Please respect that.

Thanks.
new users and new things are coming in market but are useful for those who become aware of all these but at proper time.

anonymous developers will never get anywhere unless supported by a pump group.

Pump groups create short term volatility for personal profit but I don't think they do much to sustain a coin eco-system long term.

Just like to let people here know I keep very few alts, Digibyte obviously but I have plenty of Myriad too because it certainly looks undervalued to me as a project.  I don’t hold with the invest in DigiByte only because that looks like its attracting more of the market share and will win out, because the market right now is small and heavily manipulated for all crypto including bitcoin. Personally, I’d like to see a consortium or even a ‘myriad’ of multi-algo developers working together to scrutinize, strengthen and promote all multi-algo blockchain technology together, with cross platform integration for exchange or cooperation for tackling  things like multi-algo’s answer to ‘segwit’ perhaps.

Anyway, any kind of flame war between our communities, I find extremely unhelpful personally but also quite possibly detrimental to both projects.
I do believe that many people prefer and find a little reassurance from the fact that Jared is identified as the face of DigiByte but I don’t think Myriad suffers particularly because it does not have this. As far as I can make out, it is very difficult to identify if any crypto is actually gaining in popularity or is just being manipulated by wealthy individuals or pump groups.

In any case, I’m personally going to take a break from the whole scene for a year or two and will reassess the situation again after that. In the mean time I wish all the best to all the developers and community members of both these projects who are working on making crypto secure and accessible for all.   Smiley

Well, that was quick. I guess everyone let's pester Poloniex to update their ticker finally and try to make sure it stays there, and show Cryptopia some love too.

It will get to a few million coins under 2 billion, then it there will be 1 coin per block forever. So roughly 2 billion.

is ahmed bodi not the core dev here any longer? is this project dev less?

cool coin though, ahead of its time. Hope it can gather some interest and development updates that get the community excited enough to get involved.

No, original person who launched the coin, 8bitcoder, is still around. Also some contributions from nzsquirrell who launched unitus. And I think cryptapus has some commits as well.

I feel pretty confident we'll see 100+ satoshis again at some point. Why ban him immediately? I've never visited that chat so I'm not sure what their rules are. I think a lot of people are afraid of low market cap coins. They naively think it's a warning sign. Actually the true warning sign should be all these coins that launch and immediately have market caps in the tens of millions. How is the every day man supposed to get his fair share of coins if they're so expensive before they're proven to be worth anything? Myriad is already showing itself to be a great coin and its market cap is still tiny compared to most of the serious altcoin competition...
