What is Dogenex?
Dogenex is an online cryptocurrency exchange which main goal is to offer a professional, reliable, fast, stable and secure trading platform for FIAT, Dogecoin and other cryptocurrencies.

Why?
The adventure began when we ourselves as users of other exchanges (along with everyone else in the crypto community) had to suffer huge deficiencies from other Exchanges: some of us still have coins stuck in an exchange that should go back to offer pokemon cards trading services. We are sick and tired of hitting refresh every time we want to open a buy order. We are tired of the lack of decent customer support. We are tired of having to visit more than two websites just to find decent graphs and technical indicators. We are tired of trading in interfaces that look like a 1990's website. We are tired of the uncertainty of knowing if our coins are in a save place.
For all those reasons and more, we decided not to wait for a miracle that made those exchanges improve their services after years of being active, but to make the Exchange that we as users would be happy using: an exchange with great costumer support, fast trading engine. Fast, smooth and intuitive user interface, great design, sexy charts and indicators, good and reliable money gateways. Clear regulatory status, located in a country with friendly regulatory environment.

What are Dogeshares?
Dogeshares are a way to invest in Dogenex. Each Dogeshare is a share of our company. When you buy Dogeshares you become a shareholder, which means you own certain percentage of Dogenex; therefore, you are entitled to certain benefits like receiving dividends from our monthly profit, decision making and more.
Furthermore, Dogeshares is a Scrypt algorithm cryptocurrency forked from Litecoin. This brings some important implications like the fact that Dogeshares can subsist without relying entirely in our company. By being a decentralized digital asset it can be traded and its property transferred from the original buyer to others without notifying or depending on our company.
Making our shares a decentralized digital asset diminishes to a large degree the investment risk for our shareholders. First of all, with a unbreakable fixed limit, like Bitcoin’s, our invertors know for sure that we cannot just create more shares out of thin air, and diminish their ownership percentage over the company by doing so. The code of Dogeshares is Open Source so it is possible to know exactly the total shares that exist. Secondly, the shareholders can freely sell their shares to any person at any moment without notifying us. This opens the possibility to trade it and make profit from it like any “classic” company share. Lastly, people can invest anonymously, and we don’t need to keep private data from them.

-
Us
Dogenex has a parent company that will be dedicated to offer tools and services for cryptocurrencies. Our startup is funded with our own money and and money from a private investor.

Why are are we selling shares?
One of the terms in the contract we signed with our investor was that we needed to raise additional funds from other investors in order to him to release the funds.

Where are we located?
We're located in Mexico City

Legal Status?
We are free to initiate our operations, but we can’t operate with FIAT money yet.  We estimate that we’ll start accepting FIAT in less than 6 months.

Exchange's Development Progress:
30%

Estimated release date:
April

Structure:
Dogeshares (50,000 DGX) represent 50% of our company.
Shares will be sold in two rounds.
In the 1'st round only 60% of the total shares will be available (that's 30% of our comapny).
In the 2'nd round the other 40% of the total shares will sold (20% of our company).

2'nd round will take place when the site is launched and functional.

Payout structure:
50% of our profit  will go to our shareholders

why not on cryptostocks?
We wanted to try this experiment. This way you can trade the "stocks" anywhere with anyone and you don't need a cetralized space. Also, it reduces a lot the risk to our investors because in the worst case scenario, you would still have a very rare cryotocurrency.

what weird argument is this? Centralized space seems much better and safer to me. Also lot less risk.

Sounds pretty interesting. Will watch this space, might invest as well

EDIT:

On your website you're stating the following : "Dogeshares is a SHA-256 algorithm cryptocurrency forked from Bitcoin"
On this forum : "Furthermore, Dogeshares is a Scrypt algorithm cryptocurrency forked from Litecoin"

HuhHuh

Well, you can't "take your shares out" of cryptostocks, so that seems to be more risky for me.

Anyway, we might sell some % in there.

Yeas, sorry about that it was originally planned to be SHA-256 but we changed it. We'll edit that asap.

Bolded errors I have spotted.

Just edit the page easy,

I will definitely be looking into these closer to Ethereum being released.

OP should explain it to you but i think for that we need Ethereum wallet features. Easy way.

Hard way you send e mail to owner in Monday i will transfer my DGX from wallet adress xxx to adress yyy please send me dividend BTC to address ZZZ...
Dividend are paid eg always on money at 11 you need register DGX adress that way once till you change balance of shares or buy new.
This is hard way.
Ethereum wallet should have special features to handle this easy by scripts written inside wallet.

I don't know how OP will do it but it is possible do do even without Ethereum wallet on small scale. Smiley

Great question, when we launch the exchange we will ask all the shareholders to deposit the shares into their account, and at the end of each month we will deposit the corresponding BTC percentage amount  into their accounts according to the shares they own.

We are still forming and registering it, but basically what I meant is that the Dogenex Exchange will be a "sub-company" of it.

Yeah, we think with Ethereum it should be easier. We describe our first solution in the comment above.
