An exersize for you, replace the kidnap, rape and murder of a little girl in my analogy with the admitted criminal act of fraud, then ask yourself, how has the logic used to justify the criminal act changed?
Then swap the admitted criminal act of fraud with 'attempted to fly a plain into one of the buildings of the World Trade Center', if the plane misses and the terrorist act fails, has the c2 dev team done no wrong?
If you actually think Brian's logic, his reasoning for and justification of his and every other c2 board members actions is valid and his logic holds, then it holds in all situations and the conclusion that they have done no wrong holds true in all situations too.
You are telling me that to kidnap, rape and murder a child, any child, even your child, is fine by you so long as your kids are wearing their running shoes.
That you do not immediately denounce these criminals indicates too me one of the following,
