We understand your fears. But the fees go exclusively to the construction of this plant. This is very important for Belarus and for the world as a whole. In the world there is a garbage problem, we thus want to help solve it. In the European countries this is already practiced.

I think you are underestimating investors. They are smart and are willing to put up investment to a project that deals with anything related to "green energy". The problem is, ICO project area are quite a messed, with so many scams running around. So legit projects are having a hard time raising funds because they are affected by the negative news.

@peter0425 - I agree that investors are getting smarter, and its seems this project is out to scam anyways, I do hope that they don't tickle the imagination of some noobs investors and immediately pour their cash on this project because obviously from the beginning their real intentions is running a ICO from the perspective of a so called "clean and green" premise to attract gullible investors and take advantage of them. A lot of explaining to do @OP, it looks like a spoke the proverbial nail in the coffin for this project. But it was good that it's been exposed by Slow death and I don't think that the scammers can defend himself because the evidence is too damning.

Im trying to check out on OP's reply regard on this one on how he would give out an alibi on being busted up  Nice spot there slowdeath and the guy above me had been banned on telling them as a scam ICO.
Stealing photos already signify 100% scam and for those people who can read this thing be wary and dont invest into this one even the concept is great but the team behind is just really waiting on stealing noob investors money.
