hi my base account coingits has been banned for security i don't know why  today i was logging in and i got this message

i really didn't do any thing wrong and i emailed the written email they gave me and no respond  so i googled it and i found that maybe i got banned because of using different ip
but i cant do anything about it i dont have internet at home i only have internet on my sim card so im  doing an a hotspot from my phone and i dont have any other way to open this forum if i can do any thing to prove my excuse i will do it so please if any one can help me i would be so grateful

No one is going to ban a user for that. What did you find on Google?

Also, you don't seem to be banned. Your account just got locked for some reason. Did you click any link on your email? Or did you try to recover your account with the security question?
This usually happens when someone tries to change your password and you get an email with a link that locks your account temporary so the hacker can't take it from you.

most of people said that this is from using vpn and changing ip address  but i dont use an a vpn or anything the thing is that the internet is from my mobile so basically ip address most change every time i turn on/off the internet
but ANY WAY I DIDN'T KNOW that changing the ip would ban me

It won't. Your email has been changed. Did you change it or get an email about locking the account because your details had been changed?

Nope. The opposite. I would say your chances of getting this account back now are next to zero (though even if you had a signed messages it wouldn't be much better odds giving the current climate of account recoveries). When did you purchase it? Recently? If so then they probably just locked it themselves (of the original owner did). This is why you shouldn't buy accounts.

thank you and sorry for disturbing i bought this account because its hard to get to hero level ( very hard ) so i bought it but anyway i did bought this account from the original owner and i know him so i tolled him what happened he tolled me that he didn't lock the account and even if he did why the account is still locked theirs must be a mistake
