Wex has open withdrawal, and I am looking to exchange what I have in there to bitcoin or Perfectmoney.

they only have those methods open for withdrawal,

Hi there. Let me answer your question by saying how would I proceed in your case, please take this only as my opinion and please DYOR

Hsre is my trail of thoughts: from the above named coins I would choose ZEC (Zcash) simply because it is very well known crypto that is traded on all reputable exchanges, it is #19 on coinmarketcap with mcap of over 740mln USD. So as you can seen no sh*tcoin.

I would send ZCE to well known exchange that I trust - binance or OKEx would be my choice, where I would exchange ZCE to BTC and would send BTC to my cold storage wallet.

Same as above, i will choose ZEC if i'm you. That coin is quite popular and as you can see that its in top 19 on coinmarketcap.
You can send that coin to binance or bitfinex and convert it to another coin, but if you want to keep it for long time, you can use Exodus wallet for pc, or coinomi for smartphone.

You can try to take a look at https://www.bestchange.com/zcash-to-perfectmoney-usd.html . But i don't have experience about exchange ZEC to perfectmoney so i cant say if it better to exchange it directly to perfectmoney or exchange to bitcoin first, then to perfect money.
Another solution, you can try create thread in Currency exchange and tell it if you have ZEC and want exchange it to perfectmoney. It will better, you can use escrow too.
I suggest deal with trusted member (doesn't mean have green trust, but have success deals in the past), idk if perfectmoney can be charge back or not. Just in case.

I was about to say the same thing but you can transfer Zcash to another exchange if you don't have a wallet like binance.

Actually Lost money, but better then ending with nothing... right

I did actually contact them, and they told me wait for twitter announcement about open withdraw in other methods, but actually I did wait for long time and they never open other method to withdraw, I do not think they will.

Actually it's bad, I will never trust them again.

 It is better to exchange it directly to bitcoin first. Remember deal with trusted member
