A few days ago, I discovered that I had some UltraCoin just sitting around in my wallet. So I decided to deposit it to Blue Velvet Bitcoin Casino to gamble with em. BIG MISTAKE.
I deposited 769.646159 UTC into their UltraCoin address that was generated for me, UUyxJt3ifMBPBnRMRUbA3UH5JMYVpDQPAA, from my address, UXWLavucVwWVqigTw1ANMDBhR7822oicrw.
Deposits at their site are credited manually, but through the rate that was listed in the site when I deposited, I would have received 11544692.385 BVC from my deposit.
Well, guess what? They only credited me with 1920267.39 BVC. When I emailed their support, they responded that the UltraCoin exchange rate had dropped by a lot, and they didn't update the exchange rate on their deposit page.
This was their mistake that they didn't update the deposit value on the page, and they should honour their error. But they replied to me, and essentially told me to piss off.
Essentially, don't deposit or even play at this site. They can change anything on the site without notice and you have to suck it up!
