Update #2 added to the top of the topic:The bounties cannot be distributed before all bounty hunters who want to receive the reward have activated the trustline with AXU in their wallets. Only about 10% of bounty hunters have done that so far, which means that any attempt to transfer the tokens to bounty hunters will fail without the trustline. That is the rule of the Stellar network and that has nothing to do with this project in particular. So we need to keep waiting, before the trustlines have been created. That is the main reason of the delay there.
There are at least 3 different options for bounty hunters: if they use the Argentas Wallet, the instructions to establish the trustline are written in our wallet guide at

For the wallet activation and trustline it should be 1.5 XLM (1 XLM for wallet base reserve + 0.5 for trustline) that is ca. 0.13 USD, explained here
