I don't think investing in ICOs is a good decision but for sure there are some great on the market now. As for me, I invested in Fantom but it's price 0.5 from ICO. Maybe it's better to buy a coin on exchange.

DEEX is a good project. Now their tokens can be bought below ICO price. The project is actively developing, apparently it's not allowed the price to fall too low.

The difference between pre-ico and ico is usually like 20%. Would anyone invest for such a low profit, hoping to sell the tokens on the exchange at ICO price? I don't think so. I guess it's surely a good idea to invest during pre-ico, but there should be some other incentives from the company to increase the total profit. The market is in poor condition, so it is hard for ICOs to stand out and gather big amounts of money. I previously thought that ICOs easily gather millions of dollars, but then I realized that these are reported funds that are seldom backed up by any evidence apart from the team claiming they gathered enough money. ICOs are still risky and the current bear market makes it even more so.

But this project took too long, I have seen many people join it because it calls for big money. However, I noticed that its bounty lasted so long, so sure that a good project would need such a long time to be raised hard-cap?

It is difficult to know which ICOs have the potential or good to invest because everyone has their own way of choosing and estimating possibilities according to the results of their analysis. So, it's better for you to observe first and start doing some research about ICOs that you think are interesting and potentially to be invested.

At present, BTC is dropping sharply, followed by ETH. Investors are no longer interested in investing in ICOs, but they use the money to invest in BTC and ETH. Security and liquidity are higher, so ICOs are almost impossible to call for capital to operate. My advice is not to join the ICO at this time, wait for more time.

If you are coming back to invest in icos, you should be very conservative about the projects you invest in and the capital you put. There are some good icobench, Icoalert. icodrops, etc

We don't want to be blame but because you are asking something then we give it to you. It is just a hint were to find.
Almost everyday have ICO  created but it somehow some of them are just scam and not worthy of our and money. You must spend time looking on it and better to filter them before giving your trust otherwise losses will come to you.

Well, I recommend you to try to look at the London Block Exchange. Not just because their website is looks good, but they are I think very much well organized. In this case, the probability that they will succeed is high and likely.
