ICO detectives will be chosen based on the expertise so they will actually have to understand what they are evaluating. There will be a strict selection process for every Applicant for ICO Detective position and their skills will be tested. Once they get promoted to ICO Detective they will be able to evaluate ICO's and write reports in their own field of expertise.

For example, you would never see a report about medical ICO be evaluated by a lawyer.

IT would be an overview and analysis of the most important things like advantages, disadvantages, red flags and conclusion. All those points will be followed by an explanation. So you won't have a long report where you will spend a huge amount of time to read it through, but a specialized report with vital information.

If we did not reach the softcap goal, the project will continue, but investors who invested in ICO will be able to request a refund if they so desire. We are based in Switzerland so costs are slightly higher than anywhere else and the Softcap of $3 Million covers minimum development cost for implementation of the necessary features covered in the roadmap.
As far as hardcap goes, we are offering early adopters and supporters a discounted token price for their trust which will speed up the development of the project and bring the value to the
customers in a timely manner.
