How to make ICOS Profitable?

In order to make ICOs profitable again, I think there has to be a lot of changes to the present structure of ICOS.

1. Firstly presale and private sales bonuses should be scrapped, because I do not see that point really,  because a 20% bonus for a person investing 100 thousand USD is 20 thousand USD which is more than a lot of crowdsale investors will afford to invest, lock up periods really do not encourage people because the often anticipate a dump when the lock up period is over.

2. Using a community engagement method of investing like Proof Of Work, Proof Of care, or community quiz to ensure investors are undeniably informed before investing.

3. A clear strategy and date as with exchange listing to rwduce price speculations and uncertainty.
