I'm sorry. I want to like betchain but your site messes up on me every time I start doing well. For example today. It's free spin friday. I get three spins and use them on 20,000 BC (I think is the name). I win 50 credits and play Fruit Zen to reach the play through. I'm doing good on fruit zen until the game crashes, I get the error screen and when I reload my bonus is gone. It says, "lost" under history. It shows I have an in play spin on Fruit Zen as well. I click to play it and I'm told I have no credits. That's completely false and has happened every time I start doing well enough to complete the play through on a bonus. I've posted about this before with no resolution for Bet Chain and I don't expect much better today. I just want to vent and let other players know about my experience here.
My other posts about this issue were under another bitcoin talk username that was hacked. Ill send support my email address to see what they can do for me. I'll update here.

You did not for my last two incidents nor did you reply to my emails. I have shown proof based on differing numbers in my history. I have received all bonuses with deposits that is in fact true. However the last issue I had the numbers did not add up and no one ever emailed me back.
