Newbie's post review ratio very low

Newbie are ignored. Now a days nobody want review newbie's post. People want solve or review ranked member profile because of, if they can solve or impress ranked member they may get some reward, Yes We call it "Merit". Yes Merit is Good because its adds value of the forum and we see lot's of good quality of content here. Newbie also make good quality post. Their suggestion can be good and efficient for us. They also part of this forum.Why newbie's post review very low?

Sometime newbie post like shit, yes I know, I also know they will learn it very soon. Very soon they will be a responsible member of this forum. If we always review their post and give them suggestion they will improve rapidly. Our moderator's are very active beside  if we also take a step then this forum will get more good content from newbie.  


Why people forget that every ranked member once upon a time was also newbie, So please don't ignore newbie's post, view their post and if they need any kind of help , please help them. Wish this post will make aware to all of us to make ahead toward all newbie's post to review and help them.

This is right where I stopped reading, because it was then I realized your grasp of English is what's responsible for you not getting merits.  It's not directly a newbie thing, please understand that.  Indirectly it happens to be that most new accounts are just idiots who insist on trying to write in a language they suck at--but if a new member can write really well (think nullius), he'll earn merits.

This thread isn't necessary, either.  Everything you've said has been said and either ridiculed or ignored in the past.  Senior members know what's up, and most aren't stupid enough to give merits to posts that don't deserve it.  I've been trying to use my sMerits to help people who need a couple to rank up, and let me tell you it's very hard to find lower-ranked members making good posts.  If people would stop writing zero-effort one liners in huge spam threads, there wouldn't be so much of a problem for them.

Ultimately, most newcomers tend to be lazy and illiterate, but it's because of those characteristics (and not rank itself) they're not ranking up.

No one is ignoring any posts made by Newbies. Have you ever stopped to think that most of them don't get any merit because they only post crap? I'm pretty sure something like ~90% of every new user registered daily is only creating an account in this forum because he heard somewhere that you can post crap and get money by joining bounties.

Because that's all most Newbies care about. They just want to join this forum to earn money, and that's probably what you want to do as well. Have you noticed that this is a BITCOIN forum? Created to discuss and talk about Bitcoin? It's not BountyTalk. I'm not going to merit anyone who only cares about spamming and joining bounties. But if you are here to talk about Bitcoin, help people or discuss relevant stuff, it won't matter if you are Newbie, Jr Member or Legendary. If you deserve, I'm going to merit you. So, please... please... stop complaining and start doing something useful.

This is a forum dude, with actual geeks and nerds living in their mum's basement(or in some cases, DarkStar_'s basement), so you cannot heart anybody. You're offending people here.

Once upon a time, don't think there were so many fishes who jumped around to make the pond dry. We call it "merit" to stop these fishes from drying up the pond.

New fish (Shawshank), that's how it is. When they don't want to learn, how could they be responsible?

How many days does it take for a newbie to spam and be a junior? Not newbie, I wouldn't go through a junior's post to review, with all the spam I don't think even the merit sources would go through it either (exceptional) and reporters are looking for a reason, better, merit up than complaining.

I think  they are now interested in whining about it but do not want to earn it.
Few days back I give a challenge to answer 5 question in a span of 2 weeks and earn 2 Merits . Out of 5 user that I selected for challenge ,4 user never came back for that 5 question challenge and I found one of them  expressing the utter disappointment in Merit system and claiming that nobody gives Merit.

Posting thread's like this are already used many time's just to complain about the merit system telling that your not against with it but you really are, you are not old member enough to prove that the system is wrong and you are right.

For me your opinion is wrong, some of them are watching those newbies who really contributes good things in this forum.

Im also once a newbie and we are just same that starts with 0 merit unlike any other old member of this forum if you really wants to rank up these suggestions may help you a lot:

-Improve your english language writing skill
-Read before asking or posting anything
-Stop complaining about merit
