This IPO represents GOX.

This IPO is planned to be listed on havelock

Total amnount of Shares: 1,000,000
Price per Share               :  1 Bitcoin

Each Share gives you 1/1,000,000 Ownership of mtgox.

Iam planning to buy Mt.Gox (probably gonna get it for free) and bail out every user. We are launching a new plattform with the name gox.com.  You can trade BTC, LTC, doge, etc. (all those shitcoins cuz we need to make a lot of fees back!)

I hope that Marks agrees on selling us his wonderful Bitcoin Exchange!

Now lets get the 1 Million BTC.

Question: Who wants to do the Escrow for this IPO?   Goat?, Sebastianju?, Theymos?,

Income & ROI: Gox is going to create a sustainable Income from trading fees and other good fees. We wont allow a 100% withdraw at the beginning to keep customers, but everyone is going to see his coins back.

Planning to offer some other really really good features like POS and other payment solutions for merchants. Even good accounting is avaible.

Well: Lets shut up and give me your money. (Uhm I mean the Escrow)

Dear Escrow: Who are you gonna be? This IPO needs an escrow because iam serious. Both of us are going to fly  to Tokyo and get the shit done. Lets bail everyone out.

Its a perfect investment, you are going to see ROI!!, we are going to add a lot of altcoins and have A LOT of volume & trading + new partnerships with banks!
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Seriously what do you guys think? Someone with reputation could start a gox IPO and the community purchases mtgox. Thats a great deal isnt it?

We could also offer to transfer goxcoins into Shares 1:1

Why should i buy a company that is millions of usd in debt to their customers? That would mean i buy the debts.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

no noo no. we gonna be rich or die tryin!

No you are  wrong.

The IPO purchases the company. The IPO has a million COINS and 700k btc debt. We can handle it.

Its a longterm thing. We gonna earn it back with the trading fees from btc and altcoins.

Gox 2.0 is gonna be a big think. Goat is on top of the mountain. Didnt you see it?

If gox's software wasn't so broken
If their UI on their website wasn't so 2005
If they weren't on homeland security's radar
If they actually had talented people

I think this would be an interesting venture. Good thing none of the above applies though.

Why buying a company with a debt of 700k+ btc instead of founding a new one? You're paying for the name? lol

Try a different way to recover your gox money, i think a legal pursue should work better.

Or just ask this guy to save gox: https://blockchain.info/it/address/1Drt3c8pSdrkyjuBiwVcSSixZwQtMZ3Tew
