Striving to become a leader in the industry, we are looking for a passionate professional who is open to new challenges, possesses a sense of strategic vision and ownership to lead the marketing business stream.
To succeed in the advertised role, you have:
✅ 2+ years of successful work in a senior marketing role (or on high-impact marketing projects) in a tech company
✅ Passion for building a strong brand and creating engaging communication in crypto industry
✅ Strong drive to get things done, inspire teams, and productively challenge the status quo
✅ Proven skill to judge the design and copywriting work, excellent creative instincts
✅ Strong skill to write clear, inspiring briefs and set expectations from internal and external vendors
✅ Hands-on experience with marketing strategy planning, a firm grasp of current marketing tools and frameworks
✅ Knowledge of digital marketing to toolkits
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to collaborate both with teams and stakeholders to solve problems
✅ Proven experience of working with marketing services vendors, comprehension of the bidding process
✅ Good analytical skills, comfortable working with data to inform decision
✅ Advanced level of spoken and written English
Would be a plus:
➕ B2B crypto company marketing experience
➕ Experience with the blockchain industry
➕ Strong English copywriting skills
➕ Sufficient knowledge of Cryptocurrency to set tasks and expectations for corporate team
➕ Marketing team management and recruitment experience
