searching: IPRN anonymous provider

Hi i am a developer and would like to try create an automate process to find/hack services that offer free phone calls and use them.

Not sure if i can pull it off  but first i believe i need a premium number provider that offers anonymous accounts and coin payment.

I am also open for a middle man if that is how its done.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome,
