I see bounty campaigns (specially those which has social media campaign categories) a good way to promote or even just spread the word out just about anything. Whether it's an upcoming ICO's, a cryptocurrency exchange, or whatever. Bounty campaigns helps in a way that it is becoming a gateway to those companies/projectsplatforms that wanted to get noticed in a much faster pace. Which would also help speed up the mass adoption of cryptocurrency in all parts of the globe.

Bounty campaign is not very profitable to developers. It seems to me that is like craze to do it, becouse it's done by everyone. I think that experts promote the project better than bounty hunters. E.g. Upvotes.io for Reddit

Positive impact makes bounty hunters to have more choice. But it's not always as good as others think, having bunch of these new bounties makes someone think that its easier to launch a bounty and without thinking of the budget he can easily pay with his created tokens.
Today a lot of scams exists too so don't just join new bounties, DYOR if they are legit and don't support a scam.

With a lot of choices for bounty hunters comes with a lot of research too if it is worth it to join or not. You should do your due diligence when joining a campaign because even if you are thinking that it is just time anyway that you are wasting if you will not be able to receive the coins but think that time cannot be turn back and if it is money then you can still have ways to get it back. I advice to take a look at the one managing the bounty because the more trusted the manager is, the possibility that it is not a scam that he is managing.

Yes, blockchain technology has a large scope that's why there are many bounties that are appearing every day. Maybe out of the 10 projects that are being launch every day, only one would be able to get through it and be able to fully launch so choose the projects well. It is good for the cryptocurrency community that more projects are being launch because it means that the market is growing.

This is the largest cryptocurrency forum so being exposed through signatures, avatars and personal text's helps the promotion of what you are advertising.
But the results varies, there are bounties that have put larger portion of their marketing on bounty campaign but still it isn't enough.
If the project is not really so good, don't expect that there will be good result but life is unfair.
There are ICO that aren't so good but because of advertising they look successful.
There are ICOs that are good but doesn't get too much exposure so they fail to reach their soft caps.
This is why I said it's unfair.

This is actually the reality when it comes to those projects where the potential or good ones didnt able to succeed because of such lack of marketing and for those projects which doesnt really have a good use do able to succeed because of such support and this is where most people do get blinded. Comparing the number of ICO in last years its not really like this as of these moments where we do see every now and then launching up of new projects. It is flooding the entire market which means the lesser they do get sufficient investors.

I have seen many projects fail good and bad ones, some are lack of marketing budget and others aren't just ready for this.
They are flooding the ICO market which is really increasing like a bubble and almost everywhere there are ICO. We didn't even see some that are in the forum, they just come as usual and will tell that they are successful after their pre-sale.
