I think they will need massive marketing and membership registrations to compete btt forum, they are new so they have a long way to go, the only advantage i see in oyher forums is the fact that they have not implemented something strict like merit system so some members may migrate there just because of this system.

hi guys today i come to know about there is another cryptocurrency forum launched called moonforum https://www.moonforum.net
i found a bounty thread of MOBU https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4795544 which launched signature campaign for moonforum. This forum  was launched one month ago.

do you thing mf can be an alternate for bitcointalk or bkt will beat it
Moonfourm is not the only forum to compute with bitcointalk , plenty out there but they are all different from the original due to many reasons :
- Quality posts
- Long way of cryptoworld experience and history since the beginning .
- Problem solving in mean times from professional willing to help in friendly way .

So none of fourms will win the battle against bitcointalk .

as for me this new moonforum is still quite "green", nothing over new in the structure of the forum has not noticed, I do not think it is worth moving on it

to my knowledge the biggest forum discussing cryptocurrency in its entirety is in this forum. so my mind no one can compete with fame and trust in the forum and to compete with this forum might be difficult

laughs..that is true, but the ranking system has been implemented so, so very soon they will introduced there upgrade rules and regulations and just as you said they have along way to go for the forum to be advanced just btt forum, i don't think if any forum can compete with this forum secondly this is the best so far amongst all newly introduced forums.

Bitcointalk and altcointalk are the only crypto currency forum that I know. But I am using bitcointalk only because this is the biggest crypto curremcy forum for now. For me, Altcointalk has a potential also to be famous and to have a large group in the future.

at least on another forum you can have time to make your account a hero or legendary.at least bitcointalk gives more perspective than its competitors.

There are several platforms aside bitcointalk forum, where cryptocurrency projects are being promoted. That notwithstanding, i still see bitcointalk forum as the pioneer and perhaps the most popular among all. I also make use of forums like altcointalk, where ICOs are promoted and has so many things in common with bitcointalk forum, except for the fact that it is not yet well known like bitcointalk. I have an account on it, but not that active.

Actually, you may find out some types of that kind of forum as the Bitcointalk. As I know, there are also the altcoinstalks and Bitcoingarden as the most popular besides the Bitcointalk. However, This bitcointalk forum is more preferable and this is the biggest one.

Very much for forums that we can discuss about altcoins, not just the moonforum. Among them are Altcoins Forum. For the appearance is also almost the same, there are even projects that accept to be able to use the Altcoins Forum as a place for bounty campaigns. But in terms of forum members, Bitcointalk is very much a user so that it becomes the right place to conduct a bounty campaign.

I know about moonforum, it was launched and is moderated by arteezy bounty managers. I do not understand what is the purpose of this forum and what they want to accomplish with it.

As I saw they think that BTCTalk is too crowded with bounty hunters and they want to change it. But in the same time they allow multi accounts on their forum.

Finally, there is no replacing BTCtalk because this is legendary forum where Satoshi and other legends has written, it THE forum.

Nice strategy to advertise this forum. For your information man, there are lot of forums existed way to old than moon forum, and as you can see Bitcointalk is still here and nothing will compare and nothing will alternate bitcointalk of it’s popularity in cryptocurrency discussions and forum. Maybe you found it more comfortable in that forum just be it, because bitcointalk is unbeatble.

Pretty sure, bitcointalk will always stay as a number one crypto forum in the internet. It is already established forum and very popular among crypto users. Sure, new sites could bring new features, but this is a "true" site where people always be discussing crypto.

Unfortunately, these clones appear like mushrooms after the rain and in the future we will probably see even more of these phishing sites.
And there are many, but I don't think it will last long, as bittalk everything is much better.

Lol phishing site? You joking right? If you serious you should go see a dokter. Perception issues big time. Because I don't see how you conclude that.  Huh

I'm really confused because bitcointalk is top 1 cryptocurrency forum around the world, why waste our time to join another new site and it's just launch one month? Not only moonforum, a lot of alternative cryptocurrency forum available right now, but most of them don't have visitor, I think currently all of them can't fight with bitcointalk
