Hi! Thanks for signing up to learn about WampumCoin. We are pushing the launch date on WampumCoin back to March 21, 2014. This is a firm date. We are doing this because we have additional staff coming on board to reach out to Native American groups and charities. We plan on donating a large portion of the 2% pre-mine to these groups and charities. We will list these groups and charities on our web site. We have had a positive response from the community and it is growing. Our marketing team is currently talking with offline retailers about accepting WampumCoin as a form of payment. Online retailers are our focus but, we are working to get WampumCoin accepted offline, too!

Our main pool is already set up for miners to pre-register. The name of that pool will be in our next announcement. As a surprise bonus for miners of WampumCoin......

Hi Delph the premine was done for donations, and bounties, and giveaways and not to dump on the market.  Also the reason wampum was set at 25 billion is because Wampum was a popular form of trade, and there was a lot of it.  I am trying to bring this back to life as a digital currency.
