There are some forum members experienced the same what happened to your account and until now no news that they solve their issue.

What I notice here they are just collecting important documents like driver's license and after a few weeks or months, your account will be frozen then they tell the other client that their account is compromised.

Just keep contacting them not directly from Poloniex support but you must be contacting them via twitter and reddit because I heard if you keep sending the ticket via their website you will never solve your issue.

they want an international passport from me now. they could have said that 3 months ago.
I guess the long wait has something to do with the exclusion of the Germans from Polonix
