I bought ZeitCoin more than a year ago, I see that the developers are trying to work, but I did not see normal growth at all.

I am assuming , you mean growth in the price per coin.

Price per coin is determined by the marketplace, not the developers.

If you want to sell, you'll get a higher price on SouthXchange or Trade Satoshi
there are Whales on Cryptopia that are artificially manipulating the market lower so they can accumulate zeitcoins
from those unsure of their previous purchase decisions.
Whale Wall, only added after the zeitcoin price started going up after their original 20 ltc wall was absorbed

Devs also don't control those Whales that are limiting the price growth per coin.
That is a marketplace issue, not a developer issue.

No software updates are planned at the current time.

As far as increasing adoption, that requires members in the community taking zeitcoins as payment for service/products offered.

Anyone that wants to do that PM me and I ask zeitcoin to update the OP with Services accepting zeitcoins

Their are no online websites staking at the present.
You can store them on an exchange, but if the exchange goes offline, your coins will be forfeit.

Then open Zeitcoin and it will start syncing the BlockChain from the last snapshot.

Once your Zeit Wallet is completely Synced.
Check your Balance, if the Balance is incorrect.
Click on Help, click Debug Window, click Console,
type in repairwallet and hit enter, then check your Balance
If Balance is still not correct.
Then From a Command Prompt run zeitcoin-qt.exe -rescan
will take a little while but should correct your balance info.

At the amount the whales are starting to drop , price decreases in all coins look certain.

Since i can't get my wallet synced even after downloading the bootstrap, seeing the low difficulty and that all new blocks are created by only 4 addresses i would say Zeit has forked.

ZEIT has not forked, there are some asshats intentionally causing congestion that is blocking many from syncing.
Block explorer is synced and correct.
All Exchanges are matching the block explorer.

There has been an exodus of stakers, Kiklo has even put a call out for more people to stake, but it has gone unanswered.

The community is faltering and failing zeitcoin.

If you still want to sync, use the following to get sync initially (After installing the snapshot)
zeitcoin-qt.exe -connect=54.39.41.212
* Be sure your wallet is encrypted, otherwise it will try and stake during syncing and slow it down.*

after you get synced restart normally.

Here is the current status ,
Whales are crushing the prices intentionally (They hold ~5 billion coins)
Asshat hackers are causing fake congestion on the network slowly down syncing from anyone that does not stay synced.
The Majority of the Community is not supporting the network

The Road is getting harder , it is not for the faint of heart, the ones that want this coin dead are focusing their full efforts into making it happen.

If you are not strong of will , best you sell now and move on, it is not going to get easier for the foreseeable future.

ZEIT will probably be a 1 litoshi coin within 3 months, due to the efforts of it's enemies and the lack of support from it's community.

From there it will hold strong or die.

Also, there are like 15 Zeit Knights who ideally all would be staking their coins so I don't see why only 4 addresses are generating blocks?
