Great news coindevcc, thanks for the update.

Has anyone done any comparisons of expected payout between the two multipool setups? I haven't tried mining at the hashcow.cs setup yet, nor have I seen many comments.

well hashcow payout is definitely much faster. i was supporting our local multipool for the most part though. tough to compare.

Thanks for that.

Any idea where hashcow.cs is buying Zeitcoin from? I think the important battlefield is mintpal, so I'd prefer to mine at the pool that's moving the ball there.

Cryptsy hardly moved all day, pretty much my buy orders stayed and I picked at the 200 litoshi sell. While also ending up with 1 BTC at 5 sats, sweet as I hope it helped cushion the falls and ran out of LTC pretty much on Cryptsy, price was up so I wanted to wait to get a better deal on LTC to get more Zeit.

Interesting, so it's unlikely that hashcow.cs is buying there as it would also incur an additional currency swap. Probably six of one and half dozen of the other. I'm a buyer at 5 satoshis, all day long.

Hashcows is buying from mintpal, yes.  No sense doing the double conversion Smiley

Mining at either pool accomplishes the same thing, buy pressure on zeit, spreading coins out further to those who want them, and in the case of Hashcows, getting zeit out there in the face of miners outside the zeit community.   I don't see either pool as 'competition' for the other.  I do hope however, that whoever is running the other pool is not being pulled away from other projects that could better further the zeitcoin cause.  Running a successful pool is often like a full time job.  Hashcows will be hashcows either way.

Happy Mining.

Profit-Switching Pool w/ Vardiff -> http://hashco.ws  Optionally keep the alts we mine or auto-trade for BTC. In addition can be paid out in any of: 365, AC, BC,  BTC, C2, CINNI, COMM, FAC, HBN, MINT, PMC, QRK, RDD, WC, XBC

If buy orders are being filled than price is the same, but if buying, it is cheaper on Cryptsy.

Yes, looks like 5(mintpal) vs 5.0745(cryptsy) right at this second with ltc/btc at .0255. I believe cryptsy has higher fees however.

friday pump approaching  Cool
yea yea!! only way thats gonna happen, is if some amateur players remove their orders and free the climb... right now we need over 100btc to make it to 10 satoshi
I'm pretty sure you need a lot less to get to 10 sat. Those sell orders are all fake. If you look closely at the moment things start moving those walls disapear in a snap. But... then take a look at the market history and you will notice no significant orders are present to fullfil those sells. They just play around put up a buy or sell wall and cancel the order at the moment they want it to move. I'm also into SAT and exactly the same thing happens there. Its fun to watch though. Smiley

What's your best guess on when this oversupply through 10 will get eaten up by the multipool?

CoomunityCoin is looking for last members with high activity on Bitcointalk forum (50+ posts) to receive 1 000 000 COMM. Here is a form where you can show your support http://communitycoin.info/reconsider/. It will be activated later, there is no send button for now. It is another POS coin and as a ZEIT member you could be interested in COMM too. Exchange rate is goin up fast.
